Footwear & Accessories: Must be in original boxes and dust bags.

Swimwear & Lingerie: Must be unopened with hygiene seals intact.

Final Sale: Marked final sale items are not returnable.

Non-compliant returns may be rejected. Items deemed worn or damaged will not be accepted.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, except on items marked Final Sale.

A prepaid return label will be provided upon return request. Returns sent via alternate methods may not be accepted.

A $15 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
