What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, except on items marked Final Sale.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Use the prepaid return label provided. Returns sent via alternate methods may not be accepted.
- A $15 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Orders over $800 incur an additional $50 processing fee to ensure duties and taxes are refundable.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns received after the 14-day window may be accepted at our discretion.
Are there any return restrictions?
Yes. The following must be met:
- Art, Decor, and Collectibles: Must be returned in original condition with all packaging.
- Jewelry: Must include all branded packaging and documentation.
- Footwear & Accessories: Must be in original boxes and dust bags.
- Swimwear & Lingerie: Must be unopened with hygiene seals intact.
- Final Sale: Marked final sale items are not returnable.
Non-compliant returns may be rejected. Items deemed worn or damaged will not be accepted.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello2vaultno9.com, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue.
When will I get my refund?
- Refunds are processed within 1 business day after quality inspection.
- You'll receive your refund via your original payment method (timing depends on your provider), or you can opt for Vault No.9 store credit for immediate use.

Yes—if it hasn’t shipped yet.
Cancel by checking your order status in your account and contacting us immediately.
If the order has already been prepared for shipment, a $25 cancellation fee applies.
